Grant Application Trouble Shooting

Quick Solutions to Common Problems

  1. What if I forgot my log in password?
Be sure to write down your log in and password so you can refer back to it as you log in and out of your application. We have added a link that will assist you in case you forget one or both required fields, simply follow the "forgot password" link in login page. Note: The log in and password are both case sensitive.
  2. Fields on the application are blocked and I can not type in my application.
In most cases this means you need to clean your browser cookies. If you don’t know how to do this, please refer to Google to get instructions which will vary depending on your browser (IE, Firefox, Safari...).
  3. I can’t hit the save button to save what I have typed in my application.
In most cases this means you need to clean your browser cookies. If you don’t know how to do this, please refer to Google to get instructions which will vary depending on your browser (IE, Firefox, Safari...).
  4. I typed answers into the grant application but they are no longer there.
This happens when an applicant failed to click the "Save application button." Your work will not automatically save. It can also happen if the application has been left open for too long as there is a session timeout on the site which was put in place for security purposes. If you do not save your work or leave the application running idle for 30 minutes, the application will time out and you will lose unsaved information.
