The study of music has been proven to give pre-teens direction, focus, and a sense of self worth that sticks with them throughout their formative years. Music Drives Us has identified an elementary school in Roxbury that is about to loose their Suzuki violin program because of severe budget cuts. Please help us keep this program in the school thus keeping violins in these children's hands. "I love my violin because I don't think about anything else when I'm playing. It makes me feel so happy and I'm good at it!," from an eight year old Suzuki program student.
