Eddie paints original acrylic abstract artwork and has completed three major public art projects in the Boston area. Two of the projects were electrical boxes for the City of Boston & the Boston Art Commission, and the other was an electrical box commissioned by the Natick Center Cultural District. Reid attended Rhode Island School of Design as well as the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, MA. Music Drives Us is so lucky to have world-famous children’s book author and illustrator, Peter H. Reynolds paint one of our guitars for GuitARTS! This past weekend, Peter Reynolds began phase one of his rockin’ masterpiece. Peter is a great friend to Music Drives us and we can’t wait to see where his whimsical and fantastic imagination takes us!
Music Drives Us was the official charitable beneficiary of Boston Calling for the second year in a row! Boston Calling Music Festival was a three-day, multi-stage festival featuring the biggest and best acts in live music, comedy, and visual arts. It was held at the Harvard Athletic Complex in Allston, MA on May 25, 26, & 27, 2018. Thank you to all who supported us by purchasing the sold out Sunday VIP Tickets from us.
There was a great turnout! We were able to sell our Signature and Classic Guitar Pick Bracelets while informing people of our mission to keep music in our schools.
